Inlet shape optimization of pneumobile engine pneumatic cylinder using CFD analysis

چکیده

Abstract The aim of this study is to minimize minor losses in cap-end ports a pneumatic cylinder used pneumobil vehicle engine. Six geometry arrangements intake ports, including the currently version, were designed assuming conventional machining technology. Boundary conditions for analysis acquired from experimental measurement. air flow was analyzed by 3D stationary CFD ANSYS Fluent all designs. Pressure drop as evaluation criteria. Two best configurations according obtained results optimized using Adjoint Solver. pressure reduced 81.1% method. will be design solid customized production lost wax casting process.
